What your seeing here is a letter written to Santa Claus by my grandfather in 1908...sort of, anyway. If you look closely, you'll see that some of the presents, and the signature at the end were erased and re-written. This letter was originally written by Pappap's elder sister, Esther, but I guess he was too lazy to write his own, so he took hers. The original is in my aunt Charlotte's possession now, but I was lucky enough to get to scan it a few years ago. It's hard to imagine him as a child, so it's nice to have something that reminds me!
